Deliveric Egypt – Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Store data – Shop domain, shop owner name and email address
• Order & fulfillment data – Order IDs, customer shipping details (name, address, phone), tracking numbers, line‑item SKUs and quantities
• Authentication tokens – Shopify API access token, Deliveric account ID (encrypted in our database)

2. How we use this information

• Sync unfulfilled Shopify orders with the Deliveric shipping platform
• Create shipments, generate waybills and tracking numbers in Deliveric
• Push tracking updates back to your Shopify store and notify customers

We never sell or share merchant or customer data with third parties.

3. Data retention & deletion

All data is retained only while you keep the app installed or remain an active Deliveric customer. You may request complete deletion at any time by emailing Deliveric.net@gmail.com. We will erase all Shopify‑related data within 30 days, including database records and backups.

4. Security

• OAuth tokens and Deliveric credentials are AES‑256 encrypted at rest
• All network traffic is forced over HTTPS / TLS 1.2+
• Webhook payloads are HMAC‑verified to prevent spoofing
